In this active and engaging, 3-hour workshop, you will learn key practical tools to adopt mindfulness and innovation at work. These approaches have influenced world-class companies such as Google and LinkedIn, as well as top Norwegian companies such as Kavli, Wilhelmsen, and Telenor.
No prior experience in any of these topics is required to join the workshop. Enrollment in the workshop can be done individually, as well as on a company basis.
The multiple strategies we’ll share in this workshop will help you to thrive in uncertainty, avoid empathy fatigue, and be more effective when communicating at work.

The workshop will be held in English. Participants are free, however, to ask questions and do the multiple exercises in Norwegian.

Fede Lozano is the founder of Pracademy, an innovation training firm based in Norway with clients in dozens of countries, and Asst. Professor II of Innovation at the Norwegian University of Science & Technology, where he was awarded the Best Teacher of the Year Prize. Fede also teaches in various courses at the Norwegian School of Economics, and is the co-founder of the Lab for Design Thinkers at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, where he was also named Teacher of the Year. Further, along with his colleagues at Design Region Bergen, he launched the first design thinking executive-education program in Norway. Fede earned his MBA at Stanford University where he was awarded the Stanford Social Innovation Fellowship, which served as seed funding for Puentes Global, a social enterprise he co-founded in Madrid. He was also one of the first hires at d.light, one of the world’s fastest-growing social enterprises, which is based in India and was spun out of the Stanford d.school. is based in India and was spun out of the Stanford d.school.
Olga Lehmann, PhD, is a devoted mental health advocate, working as a researcher, psychotherapist, writer, coach, educator and community leader. She studied clinical and health psychology in Colombia and Italy. She then earned her doctoral degree in cultural psychology and finished a postdoctoral fellowship in mental health at NTNU in Norway. She is also a certified teacher in Mindful Eating – Conscious Living (ME-CL) from the University of California San Diego. She currently works as a psychologist and researcher at Institutt for Psykologisk Rådvigning – IPR in Bergen. She has been leading the health and compassionate practices at Pracademy, where she has co-developed the model of Compassionate Innovation & Leadership altogether with Fede Lozano. She has been involved in further developing strategies of empathetic and compassionate leadership in large corporations such as Wilhelmsen, Kavli and Telenor. She has authored over 30 academic texts and served as an editor or reviewer for multiple indexed journals and publishers, such as Springer, Palgrave MacMillan and Cambridge University Press.
